It gets more and more important for companies to know the human potential they can count on, especially since Human Resources departments have been incorporated into the organisational structures.
A company should apprehend the human component that makes the organisation, and create dynamics to allow the managers to optimise the contribution they get from it. This, of course, aligned with the objectives established by the company.
These types of dynamics contribute to maintaining a positive atmosphere between the team members as well as between teams, which will always benefit the company.
We all know typical organisation cases in which each department, maybe even each position, works in an independent way, without letting the information flow to other positions or company departments. This is never a profitable environment for the organisation, neither on a productive level nor at the personal one.
Each department or team manager should avoid this nightmare at any cost. It has been proved that when the human resources from a company generate trustful relationships, the information flows at all levels and towards all directions.

People in charge of the company must know their staff: their skills, strengths and weaknesses, as well as how to manage them in order to get the best possible result in each case. Staff members should as well know each other and have, as much as possible, a harmonious relationship.
