"All participants should be aware that like all natural activities, those provided by Troka Abentura S.L. are potentially hazardous and participants must accept a certain degree of risk. At Troka Abentura S.L., we take all necessary precautions to reduce this risk to its minimum, but one should be aware there will always be an uncontrollable potential risk. All users should know this, accept it and collaborate with us. We will give you the necessary risk assessments for your safety in order to avoid accidents while engaged in activities. In addition, all clients are required to follow safety directives given by the instructors to avoid accidents."

To place a booking Troka Abentura S.L., one must complete a Booking form, without it Troka Abentura S.L. cannot be held responsible for organising the activity.
Outdoors activities being held in a natural setting, and with different people, are subject to changes, both before the activity, or on site (reasons for change include but are not limited to meteorology, physical conditions of participants, etc…). That is why the company has the right to cancel an activity at the time of the booking or on arriving for the activity. If we cancel the activity the client will have the possibility to take part in a similar activity or can choose to participate in the same activity on a different day.
Transport to the site of the activity is not included, Troka Abentura S.L. is exclusively responsible for the technical development of the activities.
Our prices are public, with 8% VAT included and the price of each activity or program for each kind of group. The prices are described for one person. Other services,like travel arrangements to the site/location for the proposed activity or accommodations, are responsibility of the client. However Troka Abentura may be able to help in organising these arrangements
Users should inform Troka Abentura of any kind of mental or physical problems or anomalies before the activity (like paraplegias, cardiovascular diseases; as well as inform us about any mental, physical or sensorial incapacity). Any participants in water-activities must know how to swim.
Pregnant women are not allowed to take part in the following activities: kayaks, surf, body board, climbing, rappel, Tyrolean traverse and balanz bike
All activities are covered by a civil responsibility insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil), with the AXA company the policy number is 1060576, and Accident Insurance (Seguro de Accidentes), with Axa company and 1059414 policy number. Both insurances cover quantities and circumstances asked by law
We offer you Activities Technical Forms, where we describe each activity specifically. Participants under 18 years, must bring authorization or come with a responsible.
To do the booking, you should get in touch with the Booking Centre of Troka Abentura, where we will ask you the necessary information to fill in the booking form. You will receive the provisional booking form with all the information you need. A booking will not be confirmed till you do the payment of a deposit fee (25% of the total amount) unless agreed otherwise on confirmation of booking. After doing this, this form will have a Contract character between both parts. The rest amount of the payment should be done before the commencement of the activity.
If you do the Booking in our centre, the way to confirm the booking form will be the same way.
Should the client want to cancel, will get back the refund of mostly all the payment. The 10% of the total amount will not be refund like management charges.
Participants who don't show up for adventure days or courses/activities forfeit the full cost.
The Contract is subject to these General Terms and Conditions, which the Client has been deemed to have read and fully understood. Inscribing more people to the activities means that they also accept these General Terms and Conditions.
For any kind of complains we have a complain book but also you can get in touch with our Booking Centre to inform us directly about your complaints.
Troka Abentura has the right to take pictures during the activities and use them to do marketing of our enterprise. If someone does not want to appear in the pictures should inform in reception about it.

Safety

Troka Abentura works with active and passive safety management systems in all of its activities, that is why we are the responsible of the good development of all activities. We have a protocolo of safety and a way to act in case of accident.

Staff

Troka Abentura´s team is led by highly qualified and experienced group of instructors, with enough experience and capability to lead the activities, that is why all the participants must follow the instructions and advises of the instructors during the activities.

Protection and care of the environment

All activities proposed from Troka Abentura S.L. are outdoor activities. In those we should take care of the environment where we are enjoying the activities and avoid as much as possible the pollution of those places. That is why all the participants must follow the instructions of the instructors during the activities.

Confidentility and data protection

In observance of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December on the Protection of Personal Data, Troka Abentura SL informs all users about the existence of a automated file with personal data, of which Troka Abentura SL is the only user and responsible. This file was created by Troka Abentura SL in order to maintain and carry out the relationship with the users, likewise to send information. You give your expressed consent to add your data to our file and receive Troka Abentura SL commercial products information. Once you accept these general terms, Troka Abentura SL will ask you necessary data to offer you its services.

Files and forms register

LTo access and enjoy some services offered in the web site, register form must be fulfilled. Users not providing asked personal information or not agreeing this Data Protection Policy will not be able to subscribe, register or take part in special offers that ask for personal information.
