We clearly bet for customers and Troka team satisfaction, that is why since we started this business adventure we have been working hard and trying to implement measures to win this bet.

Our efforts have been rewarded, on the lines below we describe the most important achievements we have gotten.

• First award in “Business Proyects”, Lan Ekintza Tender, Bilbao city council 1999.
• Troka Abentura has been first and only Basque Country  Active Tourism and Adventure Sport company getting the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certificate.
• Certified with Tourist Quality Approach Guide. Tourist Quality Compromise.
• AKTIBA-Basque Country Active Tourism Companies Association presidency since the Association was founded in 2.004 until February 2010.
• Member of CNT 188 SC3 subcommittee of ICTE (Spanish Tourist Quality Institute). This subcommittee works to draw up the UNE standards for Active Tourism, sector future Tourist “Q”.
• The manager of the company is AEGM member (Spanish Mountain Guides association).
